Richard Petty began this venture years ago in Pebble Beach after earning his professional electrician certification. He found a niche working on the (then) new smart home systems such as LiteTouch, which soon grew to include the ever expanding array of modern, cutting edge smart home technology. As an expert in LiteTouch, Richard is now one of the few experts today who can update and upgrade the antiquated LiteTouch systems. 

 

As the smart home market grew, so did Richard Petty Electric. Richard prides himself in building this family business, and now passes those skills on to young apprentice electricians. Richard Petty Electric provides one-on-one mentoring for apprentices, creating jobs and opportunities for the next generation.
